Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Larity. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Effective June 22, 2026
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Larity. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept reasonably current.
Your content and credentials
You retain ownership of prompts, datasets, schemas, evaluation settings, and other content you submit. You grant Larity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content and to send it to the AI providers you select. You are responsible for your OpenRouter account, API key, provider charges, model choices, and compliance with applicable third-party terms. Do not submit content that is unlawful or that you are not authorized to process.
Acceptable use
You may not use Larity to:
- break the law, violate another person’s rights, or process unlawfully obtained data;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another account;
- distribute malware, spam, or abusive automated traffic; or
- misrepresent generated outputs as guaranteed to be accurate or fit for a high-risk use.
We may restrict or terminate access, remove content, or take other reasonable action when needed to address violations, security risks, legal requirements, or harm to the service.
AI outputs
AI-generated outputs and evaluation scores may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or deploying them. Larity does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice and is not designed to make final decisions in high-impact contexts without appropriate human review.
Service and pricing
Larity is currently provided without a Larity subscription fee; third-party model usage may still incur charges through your OpenRouter account. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may introduce paid plans. We will provide reasonable advance notice before new Larity fees apply to your continued use.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larity is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Third-party providers and services are outside Larity’s control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Larity’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Larity in the 12 months before the claim or CAD $100.
Termination
You may stop using Larity or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, a security or legal risk, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
